Phyllis A. Roestenberg is a graduate of the University of Virginia and the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. She is a trained mediator and licensed attorney with more than 20 years of experience, including tenure as an Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Rights Division of the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and Senior Staff Attorney in the housing unit of a non-profit law firm. She is admitted to practice in Colorado and before the U.S. District Courts in Colorado and Arizona and both the Ninth and Tenth Circuits. A sought after speaker, she trains attorneys, law students and other professionals in the areas of conflict resolution, civil rights and housing law.
